WE RECOMMEND TO OUR VISITORS:

  • To verify the weather and operating conditions of the Ski Resort BEFORE THE ACTUAL PURCHASE OF THE SKI TICKETS,
  • To verify the daily information regarding the Ski Resort's conditions on the snow telephone. The information includes data on the current weather conditions, a snow report, the open ski slopes, access road conditions and additional offers. The price of the call is determined in the Price List of either Mobitel, d.d. or Telekom Slovenije:

  • Before DEPARTURE TO THE SKI SLOPES for reasons of personal safety:
    1. KRVAVEC: Look at the panoramic picture of the Ski Resort on the information panel located on the lower or upper station of the cable car and the TV picture located at the Cashier’s Desk and at the entrance of the cable car. Live TV pictures from the ski slopes can also be viewed on the television programme of Gorenjska TV.
    2. ROGLA:  Check the weather and ski slopes’ conditions on the telephone number: + 386 (0)3 757 71 00.
  • Arrive at the Ski Resort in the appropriate gear – with impeccable ski equipment and appropriate clothing, since parts of the Ski Resort are situated in the Alpine highlands (Rogla) or in the high mountain range (Krvavec).

PURCHASE AND VALIDITY OF SKI TICKETS

  • Ski tickets can be bought in accordance with the Price List:
    1. KRVAVEC: With cash, payment cards (BA, Maestro, Karanta) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express) at the Cashier's Desk in the lower and upper stations of the cable car and in the lower station of the chair lift Kriška planina.
    2. ROGLA: With cash, payment cards (BA, Maestro, Karanta) and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Diners, American Express) at the main Cashier's Desk beside the Pizzeria Planja (every day from 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.) at the upper station of the drag lift Košuta and at the upper station of the four chair lift Jurgovo (from 8.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at weekends, on holidays and during the school holidays). Daily, hourly and fun tickets can be bought in cash at the Express Cashier's Desk, which is located next to the Pizzeria Planja (until 1.00 p.m. at weekends, on holidays and during the school holidays).
  • All ski tickets of both Ski Resorts, except those marked specifically in the Price List, are valid on both ski slopes.
  • Ski tickets with additional discounts (schools, groups and agencies) can be bought only at the Cashier's Desk in the lower station of the cable car (Krvavec) or at the main Cashier’s Desk, which is located by the Pizzeria Planja (Rogla).
  • The sale and inspection of the ski tickets is managed by the computerised cashiers` electronic readers. Upon entering, the visitors are obliged to register the ski ticket on the electronic reader. Visitors are obliged to show the ski ticket, at anytime and anywhere on the Ski Resort, to the authorised staff of the operator.
  • At the time of the operation of the Ski Resort, the ski ticket reclamations are resolved at:
    1. KRVAVEC: In the Information Offices, located in the lower and upper stations of the cable car Krvavec,
    2. ROGLA: At the main Cashier's Desk, located next to the Pizzeria Planja.
  • The validity date cannot be changed for the already purchased ski tickets, except in the case of prolongation of the multiple day ski ticket by additional payment.
  • Daily and hourly ski tickets enable a one-time access and descent from the ski area by a cable car (only valid for Krvavec).
  • The »Fun« ski ticket (only valid for Krvavec) is a daily ski ticket, which enables one-time access and descent from the ski area by the cable car, and an unlimited number of rides on the four-chair lift Tiha dolina and drag lift Luža.
  • The »Fun« ski ticket (only valid for Rogla) is a daily ski ticket, which enables the use of the »Fun« Park, an unlimited number of rides on the four-chair lift Planja, drag lifts Mašin Žaga I, II and drag lift Jurgovo II.
  • Holders of a ski Season Ticket with a photograph from the Season 2010/11 have the right to a discount for the purchase of a new Season Ticket with a photograph (adults, youth, seniors: 15 EUR, children: 10 EUR). The discount is only applicable with the presentation of a Season Ticket for the Season 2010/11. The ticket is not transferable.
  • Timed or hourly ski tickets are valid only during the purchased time. The return journey to the valley from the Ski Resort is possible until the end of the operating hours of the cable car.
  • The pre-purchased ski tickets (daily, 5 or 10 times daily ski ticket in the Season) are valid for two (2) Winter Seasons. Expired ski tickets can have their validity prolonged by an additional payment in accordance with the Price List. Newly issued ski tickets are valid for one (1) Winter Season. The valid ski tickets cannot be prolonged.
  • The user of a 5 and 10 times daily ski ticket can select the skiing dates freely until the final use of the ski ticket. The ski ticket is transferable. Only one ski ticket per day can be used.
  • Multiple day ski tickets with a photograph are valid for the purchased number of days, in sequence from the first day of use of the ski ticket.
  • Multiple day tickets are valid up to the printed date; for the next day the tickets can be purchased after 3 p.m. (after 2 p.m. from the beginning of the Season to 4th of January) and used for access (the hotel, cabin ...) on the day of purchase. After the expiration of a multiple day ski ticket, transfer with the ski lift to the valley is also possible for the announced departures from Krvavec on the next day until 10 a.m. (only valid for Krvavec Ski Resort).
  • The multiple day (from 3 to 7 days) and ski Season Tickets with a photograph and official ski Season Tickets are not valid without the photograph of the owner.
  • The validity of each multi-day ski ticket can be prolonged at prices valid on the day of the ski ticket that the owner already possesses and wishes to prolong.
  • Season and GIZ ski tickets, transferable and with a name, are not valid during the Summer Season.
  • Ski Season Tickets are valid from the beginning of the skiing season until the end of the operation of the Ski Resort. The ski Season Ticket is considered used if the Ski Resorts are in operation for 100 days. In the case of a shorter operating period, the holders can obtain a Credit Note in the value of 1% of the ski Season Ticket value for each day of the prematurely closed Ski Resort, which can be used for the purchase of a Season Ticket for the next Season.
  • A damaged ski ticket can only be changed in the case that the validity or non-utilization of the ski pass cannot be checked optically or by means of the electronic reader.
  • Change of any damaged ski ticket shall be made immediately, with the exception of the ski Season Ticket, which is issued on the 7th day after the report of damage. The change of the ski Season Ticket will be charged at a price of 13 EUR.
  • An official work ticket with a photograph (Krvavec only) is issued in the name of the catering facility and in the name of the employee and it is not transferable. The ticket is not a ski ticket and permits only the transfer to the place of work/ cable car + chair lift.
  • Children up to 6 years of age (born in 2005 or younger) can use the cableway installations without a ski ticket, but only in the company of their parents.
  • Children up to 6 years of age (born in 2005 or younger) who ski independently and are skiing in the ski clubs, schools or courses with a trainer or leader of the line need a valid child ski ticket.
  • Children up to 14 years of age (born in 1998 or younger) are entitled to buy a child`s ski ticket, if they present evidence of their age.
  • Youths from 14 and up to 19 years (born between 1993 and 1997) are entitled to buy a junior ski ticket, if they present evidence of their age. 
  • Seniors over 65 years (born in or before 1947), children from 6 and up to 14 years, youths from 14 and up to 19 years, invalids of category I and II and their companions, students, members of Active Slovenia, SAS and OCS, are entitled to a discounted price for those tickets that are marked specifically in the Price List, if they present the appropriate age or status evidence. Tickets are valid only together with the age or status evidence.
  • Companions from primary and secondary schools that lead their groups by themselves, on Rogla and Krvavec are entitled to one free ski ticket for a companion per every 20 scholars.
  • There is no sale of the school term ski tickets during the New Year (from 26th December to 30th December, 2011) and winter holidays (from 20th February to 24th February, 2011). Only term ski tickets according to the regular Price List are being sold during these periods. Valid prices for school groups, in these mentioned terms, are the prices that are valid during the weekends (Saturday, Sunday).
  • Ski Centres issue ski tickets on the vouchers of their contract partners only in the case that the amount of the unsettled total debts to them is not over 1,000 EUR.
  • A skier wishing to be granted a discount must prove entitlement to the discount by means of an appropriate document, if so requested by the Cashier, Inspector or any other authorised person. The latter also applies to parents or companions who wish to prove the age of a child.
  • The »Night Sledding« Ticket (only valid for the Krvavec Ski Resort) is not a ski ticket. This ticket permits an unlimited number of rides on the four-chair lift Tiha dolina during the time of organised night sledding (Fridays and Saturdays, from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.). The return to the valley from the Krvavec Ski Resort is possible until the end of the operating hours of the cable car. In the case of bad weather (snow, fog, wind) night sledding is cancelled.

REFUND AND SKI TICKET LOSS

DISTURBANCE OF THE WEATHER CONDITIONS, FOG, WIND, CLOSED SLOPES, SUSPENSION OR STANDSTILL OF OPERATION OF CERTAIN INSTALLATIONS IS NOT A REASON FOR REFUND OR PROLONGATION OF THE VALIDITY OF THE SKI TICKET.  

  • In the case of a skier’s injury and upon rescuers’ intervention on the ski slopes, the company repays the money paid for a multi-day (from 2 to 7-day) ski ticket, namely on the basis of the Ski Accident Report and the ski ticket at the Ski Resort. The ski ticket is refunded from the next day on. The paid amount is also refunded to one companion of the injured skier, who had to leave the Ski Resort before time to accompany the injured skier.
  • The companies do not refund the multi-day (from 2 to 7-day) ski ticket in the case of sickness, with the exception of the participants of the school programme.
  • Purchased ski tickets cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Lost or damaged ski Season Tickets can be replaced upon the payment of expenses for their substitution. A lost ski Season Ticket can be substituted upon the establishment of the state of use of the ski ticket.
  • The companies do not admit any compensation for the lost ski tickets.

ABUSE OF THE SKI TICKETS

  • Use of a ski ticket, which is purchased at a discounted price on the basis of an appropriate evidence of age or status and then used without such appropriate evidence of age or status, is considered an abuse.
  • Attempt or abuse of the ski ticket and violation of the rules of safe skiing present the reasons for an immediate dispossession of the ski ticket. The officials of the company are in charge for the dispossession of the ski ticket.
  • For each day of the found abuse, the violator is obligated to pay an indemnity in the amount of the triple value of the daily ADULT ski ticket and to deposit an appropriate warranty until the payment of such indemnity (ski equipment).
  • For the ski ticket abuse or the violation of order or safe skiing rules, the companies are entitled to report the violators’ criminal act to the police or to the misdemeanor judge.

SAFETY OF THE OPERATION, DAMAGING OF THE FACILITIES ON THE SKI SLOPES AND SKI LIFTS

  • KTC Rogla and RTC Krvavec charge for any advertising on the facilities, installations and parking lots in accordance with the Price List. Arbitrary advertising on facilities, installations and parking lots shall be punished with a penalty in the amount of 500 EUR/m2 + VAT for each advertisement. The arbitrary advertiser has to remove the advertisement immediately at its own expense. Cleaning of flyers or stickers that the arbitrary advertiser will not remove by itself is charged with the payment of a double cleaning price.
  • If the companies establish that a visitor caused damage to the cable car or any other device in the Ski Resort, the causer or his/her guardian is obliged to repay the caused damage. The companies reserve the right to start a criminal prosecution due to damaging of foreign property and to sue for damages. Until the final damage estimation, the companies may demand a deposit in the amount of 500 EUR or keep the ski equipment.
  • The companies reserve the right to deny the right to access to the Ski Resort for individuals or groups due to their previous violation of rules of conduct or safe skiing rules. The companies shall deny access to the ski lifts and ski slopes to people under the influence of alcohol or drugs and people with inappropriate conduct. The company does not hold any responsibility for them and their actions.
  • Smoking, use of open fire and throwing of cigarette butts (due to fire danger on the route of the ski lifts) and litter is forbidden on all cableway installations.

GENERAL PROVISIONS ON THE SKI LIFTS` OPERATION

  • All ski lifts operate on a self-service principle. The user of any ski lift must know how to enter and exit the installation safely.
  • If the visitors need assistance when entering the chair lift or drag lift they should ask, on time, for help of the assistant staff at the ski lift installations.
  • Before entering the chair lift snowboarders are obliged to undo one binding on the snowboard.
  • The working time of the ski lifts and ski slopes is adjustable according to  the daily snow and weather conditions (for example, in the cases of strong snow melt, the hours of ski lifts and ski slopes are shorter in the afternoon or in the case of strong winds, the ski lift installations are stopped, etc.).
  • The cable car to the Krvavec Ski Resort and four-chair lift Planja on Rogla operate full time during the days of increased numbers of visitors, and every half hour when there are less visitors (for example, 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, …).
  • The visitors can order a special ride outside of the working time. The person who places such an order also pays the cost of the special start and cost of the ski tickets according to the Price List.
  • During the Season and Spring skiing the companies can, due to technical, organisational, economical or natural reasons, exclude individual ski lift installations and ski slopes. Such narrowed offer does not present a reason for lowering the price of ski tickets.
  • Due to technical, organisational, economical or natural reasons, the companies reserve the right to change the working time of the cableway installations.

TRANSPORT OF PERSONS, CHILDREN, BAGGAGE, CARGO AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS

  • On the ski lifts it is forbidden to transport children and domestic animals in the backpacks or on chests.
  • Transport of personal baggage up to 15 kg is free of charge (suitcases, backpacks, bags, skis, etc.).
  • Transport of cargo over 15 kg is charged according to the Price List, in its total weight.  The transport price does not include the assistance of company's staff for the uploading, downloading and distribution of the cargo on Krvavec. The assistance and distribution on Krvavec can be agreed and paid individually.
  • The companies do not undertake any responsibility for the late delivery and transport of incorrectly packed cargo (damages, frost, etc.). The cargo has to be packed correctly and ready for the transport on the cableway installations and protected from alienation, otherwise the cargo has to be accompanied by its owner or the representation of the owner.
  • The transport of hang-gliders and paragliders on Krvavec is permitted with the cable car and chair lift Gospinca.
  • The transport of domestic animals is possible only with the cable car at the Krvavec Ski Resort; weight up to 15 kg is free of charge. The transport of domestic animals with weight over 15 kg is charged in accordance with the price of a child`s ticket.
  • Domestic animals must be secured appropriately during the transport on the cable car (leash, muzzle and basket).
  • According to the Decree of the Cerklje Municipality regarding the preservation of water sources, the transport of waste from Krvavec can be carried out only in the specially strengthened waste bags. The causer is obliged to remove the incorrectly packed waste from the area of the ski lifts. The specially strengthened waste bag can be purchased in the Information Office that is located in the upper station of the cable car.

SAFETY, INSURANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • Children up to 14 years of age are obliged to wear a protective ski helmet.
  • Grammar Schools, which organise a field day on Krvavec and book Ski Instructors through RTC Krvavec for guidance of groups, must, beforehand, compose a list of child groups (maximum 12 children per group) according to their knowledge, and hand it to the Instructor Coordinator at the Information Office prior to the start of the field day. 
  • Group Leaders and Instructors are responsible for the safety of the skiers in the group.
  • Group Leaders who use the polygon for training and competitions must obtain, beforehand, authorisation from the Manager of the Ski Resort and pay for the use of the polygon. The Group Leaders and Ski Instructors must, beforehand, report their activity at the Information Office at the upper station of the cable car, obtain an authorisation and pay the fee for the use of the ski slopes. Alternatively, this is also possible to do at the desk office by the Pizzeria Planja on Rogla.
  • In the case of dangerous leading of the group, unreported use of the polygon or unreported ski instructing, the companies may prohibit the continuation of activities on the ski slopes, without refund – ski tickets are taken away from the group. 
  • With the purchase of a ski ticket, the owner is insured for injuries and damage to the equipment or cargo during the transport on all cableway installations and on the ski slopes, if the injuries occur due to the negligence or guilt of the operator.
  • The companies do not assume any liability for body injuries and damage to the ticket holder's equipment and other persons, if the injuries occur as a consequence of non-compliance of the ski slopes conditions, the number of visitors, weather, snow quality, maladjusted ride, non-compliance of the FIS rules, marks and instructions of the ski lifts operator, inadequate physical preparedness, lack of sports equipment, skiing under the influence of alcohol and drugs, etc.
  • Skiers at the Krvavec Ski Resort use the devices at the »FUN« Park at their own risk. RTC Krvavec does not assume any liability for injuries in this area which occur due to the inexperience of users or due to the use of devices without the presence of an Instructor.
  • Refunds, complaints, reports of body injuries and reports of equipment or cargo damages should be made at Krvavec at the Information Office in the upper station of the cable car and on Rogla to the supervisors on the ski slopes.
  • The conditions for the possible damage claim to the company are the presentation of a valid ski ticket on the day of the injury and an official report regarding the ski accident on the ski slopes from the Ski Resort Supervisor, immediately after the occurrence of the accident.
  • We recommend the ski slopes visitors to carry a valid Health Insurance Card. In the case of injury on the ski slopes, the possible ambulance transport to the hospital is free of charge only for persons who have a basic and supplementary coverage on their health insurance. Other injured persons are charged for the transportation according to the Price List, set by the Health Insurance Company of Slovenia.
  • In the case of causing an accident on the ski slope, the companies reserve the right to start a criminal proceeding or an offence procedure against such person. 

PARKING AND USE OF PARKING SPACES 

  • Parking or use of parking spaces at the lower station of the cable car Krvavec and on Rogla is free of charge – drivers are obliged to comply with the traffic signalization and the instructions of the security officers.
  • Parking on all access roads and private property is forbidden.
  • The companies do not assume any liability for the parked vehicles.

ACTIVITIES ON THE SKI SLOPES, SKI SCHOOLS, TRAINING SESSIONS AND COMPETITIONS

  • The consensus of the Ski Resort’s operator needs to be obtained before the beginning of all activities on the ski slopes.
  • The written consensus of the Ski Resort’s operator needs to be obtained prior to the beginning of all commercial activities on the ski slopes and the fee, according to the Price List, has to be paid.
  • Organised ski instructing on the ski slopes may only be performed by the competent workers, who, beforehand, obtain the written consensus of the company.
  • The organiser of an event or competition on the Ski Resort is obliged to declare such events in advance to the competent administration unit. The organiser must, beforehand, conclude a Contract on the settlement of mutual relations for the use of Ski Resort for the event or competition and must present the obligatory declaration of the event or competition.
  • The organiser of the event, training or  competition must, at its own expense and with the help of its own security officers, by tape, divide physically the part of the ski slope used for the event, training or competition from other slopes and divide it physically from the recreational surfaces (warning signs must be placed!).
  • Before the beginning of the event or competition, the organiser must provide a rescue service, physician and authorisation of the competent administrative unit for the organisation of the event. It is recommended to insure the participants of the competition or training. After the end of the event, the organiser must immediately remove all signs, means of protection and other devices from the ski slopes.

 

NIGHT SLEDDING ON KRVAVEC

  • Each user must acquaint himself/herself with these rules before the actual use of the Programme »Night Sledding on Krvavec. « Participants up to 15 years of age must be informed by an adult person.
  • The use of track for the night sledding and four-chair lift Tiha dolina is associated with certain risks and is taken at the participants` own risk  . For the liability of the companies Koren Sports d.o.o. and RTC Krvavec d.d. see item 6. The use of the track for night sledding is allowed only within the marked track and at the time pre-determined by the operator or organiser, as is also published on the main Cashier’s Desk of the RTC Krvavec. The chair lifts users are obliged to comply with the instructions of the ski lifts staff. The transport of skiers with the chair car Tiha dolina is not allowed during the night time!
  • The Programme »Night Sledding on Krvavec« is suitable for participants over 6 years of age, who have no psychophysical problems, and participants for which the use of the Programme »Night Sledding on Krvavec« would not present a health or any other danger or risk. Children under 15 years of age can participate in the Programme »Night Sledding on Krvavec« only in the company of responsible adults.  
  • All participants of the Programme »Night Sledding on Krvavec« are obliged to comply with the instructions of the organiser and the FIS rules that define the rules of conduct on the ski slopes.
  • The operator or organiser does not accept any claim for compensation related to violations of safety instructions of the organiser and the FIS rules.
  • The companies Koren Sports d.o.o. and RTC Krvavec d.d. are liable within the regulatory provisions for personal damage. The companies are liable for the material and property damage only under the assumption of gross negligence of the organiser or the persons entrusted with the management.  
  • The operator or organiser reserves the right to demand immediate cancellation of the night sledding track use and use of the four-chair lift Tiha dolina from persons who do not respect these rules of use. In accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Safety on Ski Slopes, the authorised Supervisor may take away a valid ticket. 
  • The operator or organiser reserves the right to stop the activity due to safety-technical reasons (fire, windstorm, storm, fog, wind, etc.) In such cases, a refund for the purchased tickets is not possible. A refund for the purchased tickets is also not possible if the participant cancels the Programme »Night sledding on Krvavec« voluntarily.
  • Participation in the Programme »Night Sledding on Krvavec« under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other agents that reduce psychophysical abilities, is not allowed.
  • The use of sledding tracks outside of the operating hours and without a valid ticket is not allowed! Abandoning the organised night sledding area is at your own risk. After the completion of activity, the organiser shall check only the sledding area and not also the remaining areas of the ski slopes.

SPECIAL REGULATIONS ON SAFETY AND ORDER ON THE SKI SLOPES

  • On the ski slopes, the skier must act responsibly for himself and others in order not to endanger or injure himself / herself, others and the devices. On the ski slopes is permitted only skiing.
  • On the ski slopes, the skier is obliged to comply with the instructions of the Ski Resort’s supervisors, ski lifts staff and rescuers. The skier is also obliged to comply with the ordinances regarding all warning and notice panels on the ski slopes and the FIS rules and applicable legislation on the ski slopes and ski lifts safety. 
  • IT IS FORBIDDEN TO ski contrary to the FIS rules and regulations on ski slopes safety and to ski in lines in front of the ski lifts. Such violation can be penalised with immediate dispossession of the ski ticket without repayment. The company’s officer is authorised for the ski ticket dispossession.
  • IT IS FORBIDDEN to ski on the closed ski slopes that are marked with a sign »SLOPES CLOSED« and skiing outside of the prepared ski slopes.
  • IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN to trespass outside the wire fences, with or without skis, because the wire fences protect the skiing area from the precipices and different kinds (also snow) of overhangs and precipices. It is also FORBIDDEN to ski through the forest, dwarf pine and outside of the prepared ski slopes.

  • A Rescue Service and first aid help operates during the operating hours of the cableway installations and can be called from all marked places. The rescuers supervise only the prepared and opened ski slopes. The rescuing and first aid help on the closed ski slopes and outside of the prepared ski slopes is charged to the injured person in the amount of 250 EUR + VAT. In the case of ski ticket abuse, the violator, who is involved in the accident, must pay the expenses of such rescue.

  • Skiing on the drag lift routes is not permitted. Drag lift routes can only be crossed at the specially marked places. 

  • Walking and sledding is not permitted on the ski slopes.

  • Walking dogs on or without leashes is not permitted on the ski slopes.

  • Taking off or landing of kites and paragliders is not permitted on the marked and prepared ski slopes!

  • The skier must be prepared to encounter a snowmobile trail preparer or snowmobile, especially on the routes which are marked for the snowmobile trail preparers and snowmobiles.

  • Rides of the snowmobile trail preparers and ski taxis on Krvavec are done on the road from Jezerce and Kriška planina and from the Gospince Pass to the Brunarica in Tiha dolina.

  • Rides of the snowmobile trail groomers and ski taxis on Rogla are done on the marked route for the snowmobile!

    During the time between 5:00 p.m. and 8 a.m. of the next day all ski slopes and surfaces are closed due to the preparation and snowing up of the ski slopes (the tow-ropes of the snowmobile trail preparer cross the ski slopes). During the time of closed ski slopes and surfaces, the visitors of both Ski Resorts use the ski slopes (for walking, skiing, etc.) at their own risk, the use of which can be hazardous to life. In any case, the visitors are obliged to comply unconditionally with the instructions of the Ski Resort's operator staff, as well as the sound and light signals on the machines. 

  • Riding with snowmobiles is forbidden on the prepared ski slopes (according to the Act on the Safety on Ski Slopes), as well as outside the prepared ski slopes (according to the Decree on the Prohibition of Use of Motor Vehicles in the Natural Environment).

  • Recommendations for the safe skiing of the SAS (Ski Association of Slovenia) are a part of the content of the Conditions of Operations.

  • Uniformed – visibly marked Instructors of the Rogla and Krvavec Ski Schools, with their course participants, enter on to the specially marked cableway installations through the specially marked passes – Krvavec. On Rogla only Ski Instructors with individual guests may skip the row.

  • Supervisors, uniformed Security Officers, ski lifts staff, rescuers on the ski slopes, police and their companions have priority when entering all devices.

    These Conditions of Operations are composed and published on the basis of the provision of Article 54 of the Cableway installations and Ski Lifts Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 126/03).

  • THE PROVISIONS OF THE SKI SAFETY ACT (OFFICIAL GAZETTE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA, NO. 110/02) ARE ALSO AN INTEGRAL PART OF THESE CONDITIONS OF OPERATIONS. THE TEXT OF THE ACT CAN BE SEEN IN THE INFORMATION OFFICE ON KRVAVEC AND ROGLA, AT THE MANAGER OF THE SKI LIFTS AND SKI SLOPES.
