1. Ticket 99 is a unified Season Ticket which applies to Rogla Ski Resort.
2. Ticket 99 is a unified Season Ticket which applies for all age groups.
3. The purchase of Ticket 99 is possible only in the pre-sale of ski tickets, during the period from 1st September, 2011 to 15th November, 2011.
4. The purchase of Ticket 149 is possible only in the pre-sale of ski tickets from 15.11.2011 until 30.11.2011
5. All special offers and discounts are excluded in the purchase of aTicket 99. 
6. A photograph is an obligatory requirement of the Ticket 99.
7. The Ticket 99 is not transferable to other persons.
8. The Ticket 99 is valid exclusively during the week, from Monday to Friday inclusive, from the beginning to the end of the ski season, except: 
   1. During the Christmas holiday period, from 27th December, 2011 to 30th  December, 2011 inclusive,
   2. During the Slovenian school holidays, from 20th February, 2012 to 24th February, 2012 inclusive,
   3. On public holidays.
9. The Ticket 99 has a snow guarantee of seventy (70) days. 
10. The Ticket 99 is valid during night skiing on Thursdays, and also allows free use of ski-run tracks. 
11. The Ticket 99 enables a 30 % discount off admission to the Rogla swimming pools and saunas until 5.00 p.m., a 30 % discount off admission to the Terme Zreče thermal pools and Sauna Village until 5.00 p.m., a 30 % discount for the Zlodejevo ride on Rogla and a 30 % discount for use of the activities in the Rogla Sports Centre.
12. The abuse of a ticket shall be penalised in accordance with the provisions of the Conditions of Operations. 
13. The company does not acknowledge any compensation for lost tickets.
14. The price is in € and includes VAT.  

Validity of the Ticket 99

• DECEMBER 2011; 1 - 2, 5 - 9, 12 - 16, 19 - 23 = 17 days

• JANUARY 2012; 2 - 6, 9 - 13, 16 - 20, 23 - 27, 30 - 31 = 22 days

• FEBRUARY 2012; 1 - 3, 6 - 7, 9 - 10, 13 - 17, 27 - 29 = 15 days

• MARCH 2012; 1 - 2, 5 - 9, 12 - 16, 19 - 23, 26 - 30 = 22 days

• Free of charge skiing for children under 6 (born in 2005 or later) with parents. 
• Children up to 6 years old (born in 2005 or younger) that ski alone and are not skiing in ski clubs, schools or courses with a trainer or leader of the line need a valid children ski pass.
• Children’s ticket valid until the age of 14 (born in 1997 or later).
• Youth between 14 and 19 years old (born between 1992 and 1996).
• Seniors over 65 (born in 1946 or earlier).
• Discounted tickets – for children, youth, seniors, are valid upon presentation of adequate evidence of age. These ski passes are only valid with the proof of age.
• Ski tickets from Monday till Friday are valid only for ski resort Rogla.  Ski tickets from Monday till Friday are not valid on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
• The validity date cannot be changed for the already purchased ski passes, except in case of prolongation of the multiple days ski pass by additional payment (only valid for Krvavec).
• Day, hours ski passes permit a one-time access and return to/from the ski area by a cable car (only valid for Krvavec). 
• Holders of the season ski pass with a photo from the season 09/10 have a right to a discount for the purchase of new season ski pass with a photo (adults, youth, seniors: 15 €, children: 10 €). The discount is only applicable with presentation of the season ski pass for 09/10. The ski pass is not transferable. 
• The pre-purchased ski passes (daily, 5 or 10 times daily pass in the season) are valid for two winter seasons. The expired ski passes can have their validity prolonged by additional payment according to the price list. The newly issued ski passes are valid for one winter season. The valid ski passes cannot be prolonged on the Cashdesk on Krvavec. 
• The user of a 5 and 10 times daily passes (flexible dates ski pass) can freely choose the skiing days until the use of the ski pass. The ski pass is transferable; only one ski pass per day can be used.   
• Multiple day ski passes with a photo are valid for the purchased number of days, in sequence from the first day of use of the ski pass. 
• The multiple–day (from 3 to 7 days), season ski passes with photo and official season ski passes are not valid without the photo of the owner. 
• The validity of each multi-day ski pass can be prolonged at prices valid on the day of the ski pass that the owner wants to prolong on the Cashesk on Krvavec. 
• Ski passes are not valid during the summer season.
• Season ski passes are valid from the start of the skiing season till the end of operation of the ski resort. The season ski pass is considered used if the ski resorts are in operation for 100 days. In case of a shorter operating period, the owners can obtain a credit note in the value of 1% of the season ski pass value for each day of the pre-closed ski resort, which can be used for the purchase of the season ticket for the next season.  
• Damaged ski pass can only be changed in case the validity of the ski pass can be checked optically or with electronic reader.
• Change of any damaged ski pass should be made immediately, with exception of the season ski pass, which is issued 7 days after reporting the damage. The change is charged according to the price list.
